PetSmart Charities®, Hill's® Science Diet® and PetSmart® present the Second Chance for Love National Adoption Weekend. The three-day sponsored adoption event takes place Friday-Sunday, April 30 - May 2, 2010 in all PetSmart stores. The goal is to find homes for more than 18,500 pets in need.

Hill’s® Science Diet® brand is the proud sponsor of the PetSmart Charities® Second Chance for Love National Adoption Weekend, and is donating a total of $400,000 in 2010 to jointly help save homeless pets.
More than 16,500 homeless dogs, cats and small animals found loving homes during the PetSmart Charities® Second Chance for Love National Adoption Weekend February 12-14. The event was proudly sponsored by Hill's® Science Diet® Brand and PetSmart® and was held in all 1,149 PetSmart® stores in the United States and Canada. Thanks to the efforts of PetSmart Charities' Adoption Partners, pet parents and PetSmart store associates we adopted 16,534 pets during the week of the event!
